# 5. Rewards and $SCOTCH Generation

The generation of $SCOTCH tokens is a crucial part of the NFTVenues experience. There are two primary types of NFTs in our ecosystem:

***1. Founder Pass:***

Holders of the Founder Pass can not only vote on the acquisition of new venues but also receive rewards in $SCOTCH tokens for each new venue added to our portfolio.

**2. Specific Venue:**

Each venue in our platform has its collection of specific NFTs. These NFTs provide unique benefits within the venues and also include a quarterly amount of $SCOTCH related to the venue's performance.

**Blocks and Multipliers**

At NFTVenues, we consider a "block" as four NFTs of the same type. Blocks are designed to increase $SCOTCH generation and offer reward multipliers based on the type of block owned and its applicability to closed deals.

**Quarterly $SCOTCH Distribution**

The distribution of $SCOTCH occurs quarterly through our rewards platform. To be eligible, holders must promote the platform through a tweet, ensuring active and ongoing promotion of NFTVenues.<br>

**Marketplace and Redeemable Assets**

Our marketplace is a fundamental component of the NFTVenues experience. Here, $SCOTCH token holders can redeem their tokens for a wide variety of assets and unique experiences, including:<br>

***Digital Assets:*** Exclusive NFTs that offer various digital experiences and collectibles.

***Physical Items:*** Premium whiskey bottles, collectible merchandise, and more.<br>

***Gastronomic Journeys:*** Exclusive culinary experiences and food-related adventures.<br>

Additionally, the marketplace will feature Exclusive Deals that can only be accessed using $SCOTCH tokens, offering our community even more unique opportunities.

**Community Benefits**

The expansion of NFTVenues and community decisions are intrinsically linked. The more venues join our ecosystem, the higher the generation of $SCOTCH tokens, and thus, the number of assets and experiences that token holders can acquire in our marketplace.
